I had really missed going upstairs to bed since I unexpectedly became a full time wheelchair user. Our home wasn't well suited to my needs so we decided to build a new, very contemporary house that worked for me and the rest of the family.

So many lifts are frankly pretty ugly so we were delighted to discover the Aritco HomeLift. We have installed one in our lovely home and it is much admired!

It's also very functional: quiet enough that I don't wake the household if I am moving around earlier or later than them, and big enough to be able to get me and a suitcase in.

Shortly after we moved in my daughter was in bed feeling unwell: for the first time in 9 years I was able to go to her bedroom to look after her. Priceless freedom.
